Diversity & Equality
Introduction
Diversity and equality are often perceived as complex and sometimes controversial areas. We take a practical and proactive approach in our work. We aim to de-mystify the area and issues; clearly identify what needs to be done, and, most importantly how to do it.
We emphasise the importance of selling and promoting the concept to staff, stakeholders, customers and local communities. We work with organisations to ensure that diversity and equality projects and plans are delivered in practice.
We have a number of highly experienced and knowledgeable associates who work with us. They include lawyers, researchers, communications specialists and others who specialise in HR issues and change management. We also have a working association with top international law firm DLA Piper, including on training and investigation and mediation projects.
