An important contemporary business requirement for all organisations concerned with developing the wellbeing of communities is a reflection of the diversity of those local communities and clients throughout the organisation. It is even more important that diversity is reflected at the heart of the strategic level of Boards and committees.

Most organisations working in these arenas and environments recognise this, but the successful appointment and retention of suitably qualified individuals from a wide range of background and communities can sometimes be challenging.

MDA offers a unique and bespoke service to assist organisations to build and retain a highly competent and diverse board of management.

We specialise in the targeted recruitment of women, BME and disabled people to the Boards and committees of a range of voluntary and not-for-profit organisations as well as housing associations and other public bodies. These range from the largest to the smallest. These individuals are sourced from a unique and regularly updated database of similarly qualified people. Also, as commissioned, we can carry out surveys, working in conjunction with a range of agencies we have close working relationships with.

We provide a comprehensive service, from professional headhunting to providing a suitable 'long-list' through to the full assessment of candidates suitability against a range of Board room competencies for the clients agreed 'shortlist'.
